As a Software Engineer at ByteDance, I lead the development and optimization of critical components in TikTok/Douyin’s global edge network. My work focuses on CDN architecture, multimedia streaming, and cloud infrastructure, aiming to improve content delivery speed, bandwidth efficiency, cross-regional service consistency, and network reliability–continuously enhancing multimedia experience for hundreds of millions of users.
Based in Beijing, I frequently collaborate with teams in Shanghai and Hong Kong, and occasionally work with colleagues in Shenzhen, Sydney, and Singapore.
